When I showed my husband the design, I think he was more excited than me!

In November 2020 I came to Bathroom Design with another offer I had from another bathroom store, because it just wasn’t it, I didn’t like the design and their prices were insane.

After an hour and a half sitting with Arnold I left the store with a very big smile on my face! I was so in love with the new design and could not wait to show my husband. When I showed him, I think he was more excited than me!This was it; we didn’t change anything! Arnold listened and took every detail that was important to me into the design. Thanks to Bathroom Design we have our very own spa at home! Their products are beautiful and of very high quality.

Bathroom Design heeft ons van begin tot eind prettig en professioneel bijgestaan bij de complete renovatie van onze badkamer. Arnold wist ons niet alleen over stijl en bijpassende items te adviseren, maar had ook alle kennis van het materiaal en merk van de producten. Reijer heeft de badkamer vervolgens mooi en netjes volgens de tekening geïnstalleerd. Onderling was er goed contact over de werkzaamheden en na oplevering is Arnold nog een laatste keer met een kritisch oog langsgeweest. Wij zijn erg blij met onze nieuwe badkamer, dankjewel Bathroom Design!

I would like to leave a personal feedback regarding the customer service from Ferreteria Skerpene.

I'm more than pleased with the service overall and I'm sure I will be pleased with the quality products we bought. I had to stop by 3 times in order to finalize my order and I have to say that the store staff is very helpful and friendly so I would like to highlight it since it's sometimes hard to see good customer service on the island.

Forgive me for not recalling names but I would like to thank the first lady who help me out the very first time I stopped by and I was with my 2 kids. She was very patient and understanding and even got something to color for my kids to entertain them while I continued talking to her colleague who I also would like to thank her very much for all the detailed and precise information. All my questions were answered thanks to her! Last but not least, thanks to you for taking your time explaining me about our toilet options.

We'll definitely be coming back!

In 2009, while in the process of building our first house, we by chance happened on Thyra and Bathroom Design Curacao.

What struck us immediately at the time was the tremendous interest focused upon the client, coupled with the high quality of the products offered. When we started a new project in 2014, we - together with our architect - immediately went to Thyra for all our bathroom necessities and again were offered the same fantastic service.

Thyra and her co-workers take the customers' interest at heart and assisted us to perfection in our choice of products. The final results even exceeded our already high expectations. Should we ever decide to build another house in Curacao, we are absolutely certain to deal again with Thyra for our bathroom equipment.
